Return Policy, Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item. Zippy does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item has been received, it cannot be returned.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:

Items are faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival

Parcels that are lost in transit
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Zippy will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels.
Please ensure that all information you provide is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps. International customers must provide a phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
Zippy will not be held liable for packages that are returned to the sender.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct address; otherwise, the package may not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship it. Please note that this requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping costs are usually half of the order total, so please be careful when entering your information.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the mistake.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Please email us within 24 hours and let us know the reason for the cancellation. We do not accept cancellations outside the 24-hour window or due to Standard Shipping reasons.
Please note that Standard Shipping details are posted in each product description. All customers should review this information before completing an order.
All approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours before the funds reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To request a replacement or refund, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item(s), showing the size tag and original packaging. Our team will inspect and verify the photos before issuing a replacement or refund.
Zippy reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if the request does not meet the criteria above.
